David Castle, Client Relationship Manager

David joined the team in May 2014 as a Client Relationship Manager. His role is to manage our existing clients while growing our client base. Building and maintain long term relationships with clients. David brings a positive, dynamic and enthusiastic energy to the team.

David is a passionate and dedicated professional with over 20 years' experience in customer services from Retail Management, the Airline Industry and Financial Services.

Prior to joining the team, the previous 12 years were with HSBC bank with the last 6 years specialising as a Premier Relationship Manager in the banks flagship branch in Manchester. David managed a portfolio of affluent personal and international customers.

Lianne Valentine, Practice Manager

Lianne joined Kavanagh & Associates in November 2017. As Practice Manager, she is responsible for the smooth running of our business and is integral in the delivery of quality assurance within the Practice. Lianne is currently studying towards the Certificate in Paraplanning and holds a BA Hons degree in Business Management.

Prior to joining the team, Lianne spent the previous 11 years with HSBC UK where she held various branch and regional management roles. She spent the last 4 years specialising in compliance for both the HSBC UK and M&S Bank brands.

Lorraine Keeling, Senior Administrator

Lorraine joined Kavanagh & Associates in 2016 after gaining several years of financial services experience working in Manchester and Macclesfield for Independent Financial Advisers. Lorraine has a degree in Italian and Spanish and has obtained Financial Services qualifications – CF1, CF2, CF3, CF4. Lorraine was a client of Paul Kavanagh for a couple of years before joining the team as an Administrator/Receptionist. Lorraine started working full-time for Kavanagh & Associates in May 2017. Lorraine achieved Silver level accreditation with St. James’s Place in 2019 and is currently working towards her Gold award. Lorraine also works part-time as a hypnotherapist and Reiki Master Teacher.

Alison Morris, Administrator

Alison joined the company in December 2016 as a part-time Administrator. Alison has 25 years’ experience in administrative and support officer roles, having worked for a variety of organizations including Citizens Advice. She also has experience working as a Proof Reader and Mystery Shopper. She lives locally with her husband and rescue cat.

Alison's interests include live music. She also enjoys holidaying in France and is an active member of MIND.

Jack Callaghan, Trainee Paraplanner

Jack joined Kavanagh & Associates in September 2018. He recently graduated and gained a First Class Honours degree in Business with Financial Management from Northumbria University.

Jack is training to become a qualified Paraplanner to assist with researching and analysing investments and preparing suitability reports to be presented to clients. He is currently undertaking his exams to complete his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, alongside the St. James’s Place Academy.

In his spare time Jack enjoys playing and watching sports such as football, rugby and golf.

Caitlin Eastwood, Apprentice Administrator

Caitlin joined Kavanagh & Associates in August 2020 as an Apprentice Administrator. She recently completed college with BTEC qualifications in Science and Business and has completed the St. James’s Place Silver and Bronze accreditations. Caitlin is currently studying a Business Administration course and intends to move on to complete Financial Services qualifications.

Caitlin enjoys seeing her favourite artists at summer festivals and walking Hobson the Cockapoo.
